Brandon Mattei

Brandon Mattei has been a residential carpenter since the age 16. Once finished with an apprenticeship, he entered a competition and won carpenter of the year through the apprentice program. Brandon worked out of the union hall for 5 years, one of those as a journeyman. While working for MBM construction, his skills and talents were recognized when he was promoted to foreman of a framing crew at just 19 years old. This gave him the experience of building 14 townhouse/condos in wisp ski resort in Deep Creek, MD. Having left the union to search for a better paying job Brandon was hired as a form carpenter for Kukurin Contracting. He worked there for two years building bridges, dams, sewage treatment plants and water treatment plants.
